Description

I require a flash animation to replace the static background in the header I now use on my website at http://radesigns.net

The header is a swf file which uses the jpeg pict I need animated. I would like to have the light rays that are now coming up from the earth's horizon to have a subtle motion / up and down movement so that they appear to be growing from and shrinking back to the horizon constantly (loop). This would then become the new header background - dimensions are 800 x 200. and I would need the fla and swf files. The static existing graphic should display first, then seamlessly be replaced with the animation as soon as the looping movie is loaded in the background.
